Branding is expression. We express ourselves through the heart. And in order to fully express ourselves, from our heart, we must know who we truly are and what we stand for.
A personal brand with images of ourselves and aligned graphics is how we communicate what it feels like to be in our energy (especially since we’re online so often and rarely get to be in person).
Hire the wrong artist or designer, and your energy won’t be properly represented. There are many people who do branding, but it’s rare to find someone who can actually channel you and understand what you want.
An intuitive, visionary artist channels YOU.
Branding covers more than just visuals. It needs to convey your vision, mission, and values. People need to see immediately what your unique value proposition is. They need to understand what differentiates you from others in your field.
Having a personal brand is both the future and the now. The irony is that what we’re doing today with images and aligned graphics is essentially communicating what it feels like to be in our energy — something that, in the future, humans will simply sense intuitively and psychically. What you see online now is the bridge to that future. Your lineage won’t have to cross that bridge. They’ll have the psychic ability built in.
But we aren’t there yet.
Powerful branding will have you showing up in someone’s thoughts, even in their dreams.
A personal brand is how we let someone know, through a screen, what it’s like to physically be in our energy.
The key ingredients to a personal brand are:
Photos of you where you feel empowered and authentic
A limited color scheme with one or two main colors that immediately scream YOU
A vibe represented through imagery centered around a keyword: luxury, cosmic, natural, playful, serious, technological, healthy, young, mature, etc.
I highly recommend a Goddess photoshoot where you plan your location, outfits, hair, and makeup, and hire a photographer who’s skilled at capturing the vibe you’re going for.
We’ll be doing some play with color in this module.
The vibe also comes through in fonts. I’ve included a font guide for you to reference.
It’s important to get clear on your branding and then stick with it. Avoid switching too frequently. It can evolve, of course, but once you introduce a brand to the world, people begin to recognize it as yours. Any changes should not deviate too far from what they’re already familiar with.
This is what makes a brand iconic. It’s consistent and unwavering — and because of that, people trust it.
