The Qualities of Queenly Leadership

Now that we’ve risen up the spine, through the crown, and transcended limiting beliefs… what does it take to fully embody Goddess Status? What does it take to be the Queen of your life, your family, and your soulful business?

We began our journey by instilling a daily sadhana that includes a practice of praying every day to consciously shape our life alongside the Divine. This practice keeps us attuned to the divine directive of our life. It keeps us on track, even on days when we might not consciously know our next move.

Leaders listen deeply. We’ve transitioned from making sound into listening to what wants to come through. Just as we talked about before — to be a good leader, you must first be a channel. Leaders must listen deeply.

Listen to Spirit. Listen to those around you. Listen to your intuition.

Leaders let heaven do the heavy lifting. They know how to be humbly empowered, to surrender, and to release the how. All they have to do is model the frequency and hold it in order for others to calibrate to it, too.

Leaders have compassion, but also the courage to be radical. To be polarizing. They’re flexible in their leadership. They know they can’t do it all, and they know when to seek out and receive support.

Being the leader, embodying Goddess Status, and showing up as a Queen means high integrity.

That means following through on your promises — and adhering to The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz:

• Be Impeccable With Your Word.

• Don’t Take Anything Personally.

• Don’t Make Assumptions.

• Always Do Your Best.
