The FLOW Code asks… what makes you gush?
What makes your heart gush?
What makes your mind gush?
What makes your portal gush?
(Portal is a code word for exactly what you think.)
Anyone can feel that sacral being truly lit up by something — but are you noticing when your powerful creative energy center is giving you a no?
And not a “No, because I’m afraid” but a “No, because it’s not aligned”?
Activating your FLOW code is about being raw and honest about what makes you gush. For many of us, that gush is connected to wanting to help change the world with our medicine. We want to offer what we have so that transformation can happen.
And yet, fear often rises the moment we begin to feel the flow of where we want to go. Thoughts like:
What if I can’t do it?
Who do I think I am?
What if it doesn’t work out?
What are they going to think of me?
What if I fail?
But what if your fear is actually the hidden clue pointing you to
exactly where you need to go?
That thing you can’t stop thinking about that feels impossible — the business idea, the trip, the investment.
Fear is a powerful indicator. And since most of us are not living in any real imminent danger, it’s far more likely that fear shows up simply to keep us comfortable, secure, and small. The truth is, the things that light you up the most will often be the very things that stir the greatest fear. That’s how you know your ego is trying to keep you safe in your comfort zone.
It may sound cliché, but the thing that makes your heart explode with energy is either your medicine — or it’s leading you to it. You might be afraid to go all in.
Anchoring your medicine into the 3D is called entrepreneurship.
The size of the impact doesn’t matter. You can decide to work with 2 people, 20, 200, or 2000. Ripples are ripples.
But if you want to create that ripple, first you have to feel the gush.
