Start with vocal massage, jaw massage, yawning motion.
Make weird faces while singing. It's ok.
It’s not about perfect pitch, tone, etc.
This isn’t about performance.
Let's explore all the vowel sounds:
AAA
EEE
III
OOO
UUU
Toning/scaling up and down the spine.
Play with different volumes, whisper, go louder.
Start low, and then go high with each vowel sound.
Now combine that by closing the eyes, and seeing the sound travel from the base of your spine, up to your throat.
