It’s always good to get real about your budget and finances, especially if your goal is to make enough income with your business to sustain yourself and your family — even retire your partner.
Starting my own business was the option that made the most sense to me to “be” in this world, because I am not a huge fan of being a part of other people’s systems, big businesses like corporations, or doing work that I dislike.
That doesn’t align with my soul or light me up.
My guess is that’s why you’re here too!
Whether you call it:
• F*cking the system
• Exiting the matrix
• Building the new paradigm
…we do this by being sovereign, both in our 3D selves and our spiritual selves.
One of the ways we become sovereign in the 3D is by having our finances in order. Now, if you have a partner who “handles” the finances, that’s great, but I also highly recommend that you understand the financial picture of your family. Goddess Status means that you are literate in your personal AND business finances. It might be cool to have a partner that takes care of it all — but imagine giving your partner that same feeling. You can do this.
Here’s my recommendation:
Open the spreadsheet.
Put on some sound healing (my Beloved, Alex Theory’s sound healing tunes are excellent for focus).
Get your finances and budget hammered out like a QUEEN. You’ll notice that there are two tabs at the bottom, one for personal and one for business.
Track all your monthly subscriptions, both personal and business, and CANCEL everything that’s unnecessary.
Pro Tip: If there’s ever something you want to invest in or add to your expenses, you can test it out first on your budget spreadsheet before making your purchase to see how it will affect your overhead.
