Our Goddess Guide for the Receive Module is none other than the Goddess of Abundance, Lakshmi.

Her mantra: I choose to feel abundant. Wealth is an inside job.

Lakshmi personifies the splendor and prosperity that flow into our lives when we align every action with what the soul most deeply desires for us.

One of the principal goddesses in Hinduism, Lakshmi is the goddess of wealth, fortune, power, beauty, fertility, and prosperity. Her name comes from the Sanskrit root words lakṣ (to perceive, observe, know, understand) and lakṣa (goal, aim, objective). At its essence, her name carries the symbolism: know and understand your goal.

Lakshmi is often depicted with the lotus, which blooms in beauty from the dark richness of the earth, regardless of circumstances. The thousand-petaled lotus represents the crown chakra—the center of divine connection and the focus of this module. The lotus teaches us to trust divine timing, to open when the moment is right, and to recognize the soul’s innate abundance.

The conversation around abundance is a complex one, because abundance takes many forms. Some with financial wealth lack vision and purpose, and still feel lost. Others with little material wealth radiate love, light, and a sense of fulfillment.

Lakshmi is the auspiciousness that blooms when we align our actions with the soul’s true work. She reminds us that the ultimate treasure is not the gold we can hold in our hands, but the gold we become through work that feeds the spirit.

True abundance is not measured in a bank statement—it is a state of being we enter when we know we are offering great worth to the world in service of becoming more love.
