Payment Processors for Your Review
-
This is my recommendation because it integrates with most website providers. Super simple and easy to use with great analytics. You can also send individual invoices.
-
The most private option out there. But, not available in all countries. Doesn’t have a ton of integrations, but you can send invoices. They’re also relatively new, and have pushed some interesting updates that have limited their customer base—even current customers being forced to switch—so, not ideal.
-
Similar to Stripe, but with fewer integrations. Good for WordPress sites or other custom websites.
-
My absolute least favorite. I am not a fan. If you’re a new merchant, they hold your cash for up to 3 weeks. No bueno. However, if you’re established, or international, you may like this option. It is a well-established payment processor.
-
If you have a QuickBooks Self Employed account, you can also send invoices through them. You won’t be able to use them to accept payments on your website. This would only work for private 1:1 clients.
-
More for project management, VAs, designers, etc. Not super great for coaches/course creators.
-
Also better for project management. Photographers, 1:1 coaching programs (it can auto-send contracts, which is nice).
MY OPINION?
Kajabi + Stripe is such a no-brainer… it’s the best combo.
Whatever you choose, make sure that you brand your invoices.
