Gratitude is a way of life.

I invite you to add a Gratitude ritual to your daily Sadhana:

Gratitude Rampage

Vocalize your gratitude out loud. Walk around your home and say: “Thank you bed! Thank you roof! Thank you pantry!” Go on a gratitude rampage, offering thanks to every person, place, and thing you come across today.

Ancestors

Offer gratitude for those who came before you.

Journaling

Write down 3 things you are thankful for. Even this simple exercise can be profound. Better yet, keep a gratitude journal and revisit it in moments of sadness or despair to be reminded of your blessings.

Mealtime Prayer

Before you eat, give thanks to the plants and animals on your plate, the humans who cultivated and raised them, the truck drivers and fishermen, the factory workers, and whoever prepared your food.

Celebration

Celebrate who you are—your small wins, big wins, and everything in between.

Give thanks & celebrate what you wish to manifest

“Thank you for . I have achieved
. Thank you.” Celebrate as if it has already happened.

Spirit Guides

Give thanks to your guides, angels, and spirit team.

Reflection

Ruminate on a recent positive experience. Relive it fully.

Gratitude for the Elements

Greet the elemental beings around and within you as the sun rises:

“Greetings to the East, where light comes from, awakening dormant light codes within my DNA. Gratitude to the East, element of air, cleansing me of the past and rooting me in my sacred center. Gratitude to the winged ones, for awakening the hawk’s perspective and reminding me to spread my wings and trust the path ahead.

Gratitude and greetings to the Holy Sun, divine masculine, the South, element of fire. May these flames burn out impurities of thought and substance within me. May the wise old coals temper the reactive flames that flare when I am triggered.

Gratitude and deep reverence to the West, the womb space, the ocean, the primordial mother. May the waters around me remind me of the waters within me. May I surrender into the cosmic womb of the universe. May my emotions flow with ease and gentleness, guiding me deeper into the voice of the womb.

Spirits of the North, Pachamama, Madre Tierra, holy land we walk upon—bowing in humble gratitude to the medicine of the truest mother. May my feet dance gently and lovingly upon her. May my thoughts, words, and actions support her in healing.

As I greet the elemental beings, I greet my inner world. Through these prayers, may I cultivate balance, purity, and harmony with the elements within and around me. I am as much a part of nature as the trees, the bees, and the rain. The more I attune to this harmony, the more ease-filled, abundant, and expansive my life becomes.

I am grateful to this beautiful planet for holding us as we remember who we are and why we are here.”
